If you're a new patient or an existing patient without a login, once you're in the portal you will be asked to sign up for the portal function. Please follow the instructions below to set this process up. Should you have any issues please contract our office at 863-666-3436 ext. ~33
- 1) Select I 'm an Existing Patient
- 2) Enter the verification information
- 3) Create your password
- 4) Begin using the secure functions!
- 1) Select I'm a New Patient
- 2) Enter your patient and insurance information
- 3) Wait 24 hours (during this time our office will approve your sign up request and set up your patient account)
- 4) Return to the portal and follow the existing patient
